Daniella Solano

Daniella Solano began her adventure into the food and beverage world at the young age of 18. It was in her hometown of Detroit is where she fell in love with the history of spirits and magic of hospitality. Within the last several years she was able to dive deeper into education and travel around the country. Daniella has been an integral part in beverage programs in Oregon, Colorado, and Ohio. While in Denver, Daniella was named one of the top female bartenders of 2015. It was during her time in Denver that inspired her to dive deeper in spirited education. It was from there so made her way back to the rustbelt to partner with Galley Group to open an ingredient driven chef incubator. Her bar was named “Best new cocktail bar 2019 Cleveland scene magazine.” Her passion and thirst for knowledge is what led her to becoming a whiskey ambassador. When Daniella isn’t buried in a historical spirits book, you can find her on a long run, or getting to know New York City. Daniella is beyond thrilled to be able to share her knowledge and inspire new spirit fanatics.
